Common questions
How the marketplace is meant to work
How do I post a task?
Describe the work, location and timing, then set a budget. Compare the quotes you receive and accept the one that fits.
How do I find nearby work?
Browse by area, PIN code and category, read the details and the poster’s history, then send a quote.
When does the tasker get paid?
The poster funds the task before work starts. The tasker’s quote is released to their wallet when the poster approves completion.
What does it cost?
A 10% platform commission is added to the tasker’s quote and shown before you fund. Taskers keep their full quote.
How will safety work?
Restricted categories are reviewed before publishing, addresses stay private until funding, and you can report, cancel or dispute from any task.
