Clear terms for
both sides.

These proposed rules describe how the task marketplace should work. A qualified legal review is required before using them as binding terms.

Draft product terms for legal review. They describe how the marketplace is built to work today.

1. Account and eligibility

Initial concept is for adults 18+. Users must provide accurate information and protect their sign-in credentials. Verification badges describe checks performed; they do not guarantee safety, skill or outcomes.

2. Task listing and scope

Posters must describe work, location area, timing, hazards, materials and budget accurately. The accepted scope and quote form the task record. Changes require both sides’ in-app approval.

3. Quote and commission

The tasker quote is the expected work payout. The platform commission and full poster total must be displayed before acceptance and funding. Any example fee is not a final price.

4. Funding and payout

Work starts only after provider-confirmed funding. Payout follows completion approval and payment-provider confirmation. A dispute or payment exception may pause the contested amount under published rules.

5. Cancellation and refund

Show status-based cancellation terms before funding. Record work already completed and communicate provider-confirmed refund status; do not promise a refund before review.

6. Conduct and restricted tasks

Illegal, deceptive, abusive, exploitative or unsafe tasks are prohibited. Restricted categories require manual review and suitable qualifications before publication.

7. Reviews and disputes

Reviews must relate to completed tasks. Users may report retaliation, private data, false claims or policy violations and request a review of a material decision.

8. Platform role

State clearly what the platform coordinates, what payment partners provide, and what the poster and tasker remain responsible for. Do not promise that a background check removes all risk.

9. Enforcement

Possible actions include listing review, temporary restrictions, payout review, account suspension or removal, with notice and an appeal route when appropriate.
