Safer task listings
Ask for a clear scope, location area, schedule and quote. Reject illegal, deceptive or unsafe work and review higher-risk categories.
The platform connects people for real-world work. These protections are part of the product flow—from the first task listing through payment and review.
Every safeguard should be visible in the steps users already take. Contact verification, document and payout checks are applied in proportion to risk; a badge never guarantees safety or skill.

Verify contact details first. Add stronger identity or payout checks when task risk, payment value or unusual behavior calls for them.
Show an approximate area publicly. Share exact address and personal contact details only when necessary for an accepted task.
Only a verified payment-provider confirmation marks a task funded. Never accept screenshots, OTPs or PINs as proof.
Keep task changes and messages in one record. Give people a way to check in, block, report and escalate safety concerns.
Link reviews to completed tasks, allow users to respond or appeal, and review payment disputes against the agreed scope and evidence.
Taskers should see a poster’s completed-task history before quoting, and posters should see each doer’s relevant rating and review count before accepting. Use task-specific measures such as clarity, communication, reliability and scope adherence—not personality scores.
Require completed, funded tasks; publish both reviews together or after a set deadline; show review counts and recency; and provide response, report and appeal paths.
Browse tasker profilesCollect only what is needed for the service, explain each purpose in a clear privacy notice, restrict staff access, and set deletion and retention rules. Identity documents should be checked through a suitable provider where possible, rather than exposed to the other user.
